Today was day three, week 1 of the 100 Push Up Challenge. I only just made it.
I want to get fit.

I also ate too much today, but on the plus side, my metabolism could probably use the boost.
The push ups won’t have the same effect as weight lifting but it’s all part of getting fitter and leaner.
