Well….
It’s about the FAT LOSS !
I’m 27 lbs overweight. I’m in my forties.
I’m blogging semi- anonymously so that I can enjoy the process and pretty much do or say as I like. I don’t intend to turn this blog into anything more than a fat loss diary. I just want somewhere to write about fat loss and the issues connected with fat loss. It’s a personal space to chart my fat loss progress.
Obviously fitness comes into the picture as does diet and nutrition, but the point of it all is to lose fat.
Getting fit is important but it’s a secondary goal to the fat loss.
I’ve left the comments open in case any one accidentally lands on the page, but to be honest I don’t see myself having the time to respond. I could just close them but people get annoyed by that and besides if anyone else want to share their fat loss insights, who am I to stop them.
In about 4 months from now I aim to be lean and much fitter than I am now.
