Hi, Fit Dad here,
It’s been a week since I last posted but that’s largely because I’ve had nothing to report. My cold is definitely on its way out but I’ve still got a mild sore throat and the associated phlegm. Nasty. I also managed to pull a muscle in my lower back. I’m embarrassed to mention how I did it, but as this is an anonymous blog… I injured the muscle playing ‘bedroom sports’ – and to me this is another good reason to get fit.
I haven’t lost any weight this week but I haven’t gained any either and that’s OK by me. I weighed in this morning at 201lbs.
I’m certainly more conscious of my food choices and I’ve been making some small changes this last week.
I nearly didn’t bother to take a picture this week as my weight hasn’t changed but decided to do it as part of forming a habit of checking my progress every week.
As before it’s not a great shot, but it’ll have to do.
I said that I’d start back on the 100 push up challenge this coming week. I feel like I want to back out of that now but I expect I’ll go ahead with it and start on Monday.
