Lose The Fat 4

Hi, Fit Dad here,

I’m starting to get into a routine now. My approach to fitness and diet has previously been fairly haphazard but in building a structure around having to do weekly reports I’m starting to see some progress. Here’s the link to last week’s Lose The Fat update.

I have made some real progress in the last week or so in terms of my diet and exercise. I feel better and there’s a drop in scale weight. The real improvements however, are to be found in my attitude and in the way I’m starting to think about this process. I’ve started to make fat loss a central focus in my life because I know that fitness can be linked to success in other areas of life.

Okay, so there’s no change in the measurements. None at all, but I’m not discouraged by that. Previous experience tells me that this will come soon enough. The picture is rubbish (as usual) but I’m limited for time, so I’ll just have to make do. Again, there’s not real difference but that’s not the point. The point is I said I’d take a picture each week.

I’m starting to have some fun losing weight now that I’ve got over the initial shock of starting the process properly. I’m looking forward to making more progress next week.
