Hi, Fit Dad here,
A very quick update just to point out that I’ve been running three days in a row and having three days away from fitness training.
IT was 25 degrees when I ran this afternoon but I put in a good 30 minute cross country run. My feet are sore now so I’ll probably have another day away from running tomorrow – but not 3 days like before.
The diet is going well. I’m not over-eating and I’m making better choices.
