Lose The Fat 7

My last weekly update was late – I ended up posting it on Wednesday – but this week’s update is on time!

Chest: 40.5 (last week 40.5)
Belly: 38.5 (last week 38.5)
Waist: 37.5 (last week 38)
Hips: 39.75 (last week 39.75)
Right Upper Arm: 13 (last week 13.25)
Right U A Flexed: 14.25 (last week 14.25)
Left Upper Arm: 13 (last week 13.25)
Left U A Flexed: 14.25 (last week 14.25)
Right Thigh: 23 (last week 23)
Left Thigh: 23 (last week 23)

A point 5 pound INCREASE in scale weight is not wholly unexpected. When I weighed-in last week and saw a 3 pound loss on the previous week I suspected that I was somewhat dehydrated and that the weight loss wasn’t all fat loss.

Other than on Monday when I ran for 40 minutes, I haven’t put in any additional exercise prior to the weigh in. My eating was a bit crappy too. Not massively off the mark but in truth I was a little disappointed not to find the same discipline I’ve displayed over the past few weeks.

I’m going to live with the 194.5 and be happy about it. I didn’t gain significantly and in the coming week I’ll have a better opportunity to get some exercise in.

I’ve lost 1/4 inch on my upper arms (relaxed) and wondered whether I’m starting to see some muscle loss. It’s early days, so I’m not going to panic.

Despite the mixed results I still feel I had a reasonable week. I could have done better but to be honest, I enjoyed the rest.

This coming week will be a good one! I aim to get to 192lbs.
