I weighed in and took my photo on Saturday (6 June) but decided to wait until Sunday to post the update. Sunday rolled into Monday as I was laid low with some kind of stomach bug and frankly, as I’m the only person reading this blog, I couldn’t be bothered to write the post until today (Wednesday 10 June).

Right Upper Arm: 13.25 (last week 13.25)

Left Upper Arm: 13.25 (last week 13.25)

Right Thigh: 23 (last week 23)

A 3 pound drop in scale weight is more than I was looking for but think I was a little dehydrated when I weighed in.
I had some significant losses with the tape measure. Chest, belly and waist are all down.
No time for a detailed analysis today so just the barest of updates.
I’m just pleased that I’m losing weight / losing fat.
