</p><p>Hi, I&#8217;m continuing to weigh myself each morning as I said I would do during my most recent <a href="http://www.fitdad.net/2009/06/21/lose-the-fat-8/">Lose The Fat</a> update.</p>
<p>Monday 22 June : 192.5lbs<br />
Today 23 June: 192.2lbs</p>
<p>A weight loss of point 3 of a pound overnight.</p>
<p>I went running in the forest earlier today for 45 minutes and noted my thighs were tight along the front. I must look up the name of that muscle at some point. It&#8217;s no surprise the muscles were tight because I&#8217;ve put in quite a few long runs over the last few days.</p>
<p>I didn&#8217;t think I&#8217;d be running so often or so far but I&#8217;m working on a <em>&#8220;get it while you can&#8221;</em> basis because I know I&#8217;m probably going to struggle to find the time over the next few days.</p>
<p>My left knee is holding up quite well and feels even better than it did <a href="http://www.fitdad.net/2009/06/22/monday-22-june-2009-192-5-lbs-and-thoughts-of-loose-skin/">yesterday</a>.</p>
