<p>A while ago a found a site called <a href="http://bodyrock.tv" target="_blank"><strong>Body Rock TV</strong></a> hosted by an amazingly fit lady called <strong>Zuzana</strong>. One of the most recent videos showed Zuzana doing an exercise that caught my attention because it’s something that can be done at home without special equipment.</p>
<p>Whilst I wouldn’t want to base my entire fitness program around this type of thing I recognise that it would be fun to drop this and exercises like this into my program every now and then just to change things up.</p>

<p>By way of a brief update, I’ve had a day off from exercise today, save for a long walk with the dogs (but to be honest that’s fairly routine). After three runs in three days my legs felt like lead this morning &#8211; so a day off should do wonders!</p>
<p>I’ll run again tomorrow!</p>
